After learning more about your needs we'll draft a project proposal for your review. This proposal will
contain a site plan, project schedule and cost estimate. The cost estimate is based on a standard rate
of $50 per hour. During this early phase, we will discuss the project with you to make certain we
understand who your target audience is, what your site should accomplish, what kind of
technology your site should use, etc.
We will prepare a written proposal that explains in detail what we will do, how much it will cost, what
we will require from the client and other fees for which the client will be responsible (such fees
include, but are not limited to, domain-name registration fees, Internet Service Provider fees, search
engine submission fees, merchant account fees, special graphic/photo permission fees, etc.).
Works begins once the client returns a signed proposal.
Pricing
Our web design rates are very competitive. Most small business and small personal sites can be
published at a cost between $350 to a $1,000. We will provide you with a fee proposal for the design, hosting and
marketing of the entire site. Pre-payment, totaling 50% of proposed costs, is due upon signing of the
agreement**. The remaining payment is not due until your web site meets the client requirements noted
in the proposal. Any incurred or obligated third-party fees will remain the responsibility of the client.
Once published, web site maintenance is optionally available. Site maintenance is billed at
$50.00/hr. for recurring text changes/layout — with minimum
billing of one hour($50.00). Graphics changes are priced per page according to complexity. Maintenance
may require third-party fees (such as purchasing new images). Any and all third-party fees are fully
assumed by the client. Most clients prefer that we maintain their website(s) for them but if you would like
to do it yourself, we will be happy to walk you through the necessary steps to accomplish this yourself.
Web site Packages
e-StartUp
The e-StartUp package consists of a simple, basic template web design and includes coding for
web accessibility, keywording and meta tag work (for search engines) at no additional charge. Client is
responsible for providing site structure, approved copy and web-ready images. The cost estimate for the
e-StartUp site is based on a standard rate of $50 per hour. Most small business and
small personal sites can be published at a cost between $350 to $1,000. The larger or more complex the
site, the higher the fee will be*. We will provide you with a fee proposal for the design, hosting and
marketing of the entire site. Pre-payment, totaling 50% of proposed costs, is due upon signing of the
agreement**.

** A down payment of 50% of the estimated total cost is required before we begin building your web site.
Domain name registration - We can purchase for you a domain name for a fee of $15 (payable in advance)
in addition to the design & development services.
Web server hosting- web hosting fees are the responsibilty of the client. Fees can start as low as $5/mo.
